The Kansas Homeowner Assistance Fund (KHAF), a federally funded, temporary emergency program to support homeowners experiencing hardship during the COVID pandemic, has disbursed nearly all program funds and will close soon. The program has entered Hold Phase, the second of three closure phases. Applications submitted during Hold Phase will not be reviewed or processed unless sufficient funding remains.
